Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds:

Essential cookies (always on)

Needed to run the site — keeping you signed in and securing your session (set by our auth provider, Supabase). The site can't function without these, so they don't require consent.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use PostHog to understand how the Service is used and improve it. With your consent this includes usage events linked to your account email and session replay — a recording of how you interact with the app (clicks, scrolling, navigation). Everything you type is masked in replays, and salary figures shown on screen are masked too. These are off by default — nothing is set until you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, and you can "Decline".

Changing your mind

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: click the button below (or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer) to re-open the consent banner and choose again. Declining switches analytics and session replay off immediately.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies being blocked may stop parts of the site working. A full list of specific cookies, their purpose and duration will be published here following a cookie audit.
